Hallo Ihr Lieben, da ich mich entschlossen habe, hier in Portugal zu bleiben, wollte ich endlich die Buerokratie anpacken und verstehe leider nicht viel. Erst einmal- ist sich melden das Gleiche wie eine Aufenthaltsgenehmigung beantragen? Dann: Um mich anzumelden, welche Dokumente benoetige ich und wohin muss ich mit diesen gehen? Die Informationen, die ich bisher fand, waren leider widerspruechlich. Benoetige ich einen Arbeitsvertrag? Den habe ich naemlich noch nicht, da ich mich erst im Juni bei der fct fuer ein Stipendium bewerben kann. Benoetige ich einen Mietvertrag? Den habe ich naemlich auch nicht- ich ueberweise die Miete, um einen Nachweis zu haben, aber mehr auch nicht. So scheint das hier ueblich zu sein... Krankenversicherungsnachweis? Und wenn ich erst gemeldet bin, kann ich eine "No. contribuinte" beantragen, richtig? (Btw. gibt es etwas aehnliches in D?) Wohin muss ich dafuer gehen mit welchen Dokumenten? Fuer Hilfe waere ich sehr dankbar, ich steige hier leider nicht so ganz durch. Viele Dokumente der SEF sind auch noch auf Portugiesisch.. Verwirrte Gruesse, Teresa

Hallo Teresa,

die Steuernummer "Numero de Contibuinte" ist unabhängig von der Anmeldung. Dafür benötigst Du nur eine Adresse in Portugal. Das kann man in der Loja do Cidadão beantragen. Soweit ich mich erinnere reichen normale Ausweispapieren.
Anmelden kann man sich entweder beim SEF oder bei der Câmera. Dort bekommt man das "Certificado de Registo de Cidadão da União Europeia"
Ich habe mich damals beim SEF angemeldet da gibt des den "Cartão de Residência"
Angeblich ist es aber mittlerweile einfacher bei der Câmera...

Dort steh man braucht nur einen gültigen Ausweis oder Reisepass.

Hier gibt es das Formular dazu.

Ob das wirklich reicht, weiß ich aktuell aber auch nicht, weil auf dem Portal do Cidadão wieder etwas anderes steht.... (Krankenversicherungsnachweis, genügend eigene Mittel)

An Deiner Stelle wuerde ich mal bei der Câmera vorbeigehen und fragen. Meistens kann man dann schon mal ein Formular ausfüllen und bekommt zu mindestens ein provisorisches Papier.

vielen Dank fuer Deine Antwort.
Die contribuinte Nr. habe ich inzwischen, das war in der Tat sehr einfach.
Pass, Adresse, 6.80 Euro + 90 Minuten Wartezeit und ich hatte das Ding.

Ich nehme mir fest vor, diese Woche mal zum SEF zu gehen und nachzufragen, wie es mit dem Melden funktioniert. Dann poste ich hier die "richtigen" Infos (Warum widerspricht sich eigentlich alles im Internet...?).

Hallo,

ich habe inzwischen eine Antwort der SEF, die die Sache nicht wirklich klarer macht:

The European Union citizens can stay in national territory for a period of three months without any formalisation (just valid passport/identity card).

If your period of staying in Portugal is more than 90 days, you have to formalise your right of residence, during a period of 30 days after the three months of entry in the national territory. The register mentioned is made at the Municipal Council of your residence area or at the a SEF’s office next to your area of residence, if the Municipal Council does not have this service available (see Municipal Councils with this Service available.

During register, a register certificate is issued according to a model to be approved by the member of the government responsible for the home affairs, containing the name and address of the holder of the right of residence and the date of issue.

The register certificate refereed is valid for a period of five years counting from the date of its issuing or for the foreseen period of residence of the citizen of the Union, if this period is less than five years.

In order to issue the register certificate of the citizen of the Union a valid identity card or passport is needed, as well as the declaration under oath that the applicant fulfils one of the following stipulations:

- Has a professional activity as worker or self employed in Portuguese territory;
- Has enough resources for you and your family, as well as a health insurance, if mandatory for Portuguese citizens in the Member State from your nationality;
- If you are registered in a public or private officially recognised school, if proves through a declaration or any other mean of evidence the possession of enough financial resources for you and your family, as well as a health insurance, if mandatory for Portuguese citizens in the Member State from your nationality;
- Is a family member accompanying or joining a citizen of the Union included in the preceding sub-headings.

Meine Situation:
Gerade mit der Masterarbeit fertig geworden, ab Juni habe ich hoffentlich einen Researchgrant der fct. D.h. bisher lebe ich auf Kosten meiner Eltern. Kann ich mich in irgendeiner Weise melden?

aha, "the declaration under oath" heisst nicht, dass ich nachweisen muss, dass ich ueber genuegend eigene Mittel verfuege, ich muss es nur sagen?

hi,
die versicherung an eides statt oder eidesstattliche versicherung hat in portugal die selbe rechtliche/juristische bedeutung wie in D oder CH meinetwegen; d.h. die angaben die du beim SEF u.a. ob deiner momentanen finanziellen situation machst bzw unterzeichnest sollten im zweifelsfalle ganz einfach wahr sein;-)

Als ich mich hier angemeldet habe, musste mein Mann seine Steuererklärung beim SEF vorzeigen... Ich fand das ziemlich lächerlich, denn erstens wissen die ja nicht, wie viel Geld ich so verbrauche ;-) und zweitens, frag ich mich, was sie machen könnten, wenn er sich mich, nach deren Meinung nicht "leisten" könnte, da wir ja schließlich verheiratet waren....

Hallo,
ich dachte ich brauchte auch eine residencia fuer die Gewerbeanmeldung,aber die brauch man heute nicht mehr.ich habe ein Gewerbe angemeldet um eine Boutique zu eroeffnen und die wollten nur Contri-nr und kontokarte.Auch fuer den Kredit brauch ich keine residencia,die wurde abgeschafft kuerzlich sagte man mir.Stand:13.4.2011
